These earthquake cookies are so easy to make, you'll probably crumble! You can use any flavor of cake mix you like, the possibilities are endless.

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package devil's food cake mix

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup shortening

• 1 tablespoon water

• 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

1 Mix cake mix, eggs, shortening, and water in a medium-sized bowl; mix with a spoon. Chill for 1 hour.

2 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

3 Shape dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheets.

4 Bake in the preheated oven until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
