Key Lime Martini

This Key lime martini, made with simple syrup, Key lime juice, half-and-half, and vanilla-flavored vodka, is like a tropical vacation in a glass!
Ingredients

ice, as needed
•
1/2 fluid ounce vanilla-flavored vodka (such as Stoli®)
•
1/2 fluid ounce key lime juice
•
1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup
•
1/2 fluid ounce half-and-half

Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice; add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and half-and-half. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a martini glass.
