BBQ Ribs on the Grill
Description
Cooking ribs on the grill in foil is easier than you think! Use 4 simple ingredients to make the juiciest, most tender barbecue ribs for your next party.
Ingredients
•
2 racks ribs, membrane on bone side removed
•
1 tablespoon steak seasoning, or to taste
•
1 cup water, or more as needed
•
1/2 cup barbeque sauce, or to taste
Directions
1
Preheat the grill for low heat.
2
Cut ribs in half and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Place ribs, bone-side down, in a foil pan; add water. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
3
Cook ribs on the preheated grill, adding water every hour if liquid has evaporated, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. Add barbecue sauce to ribs and continue cooking for 30 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
