• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 teaspoon lime juice, or to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1 Heat picante tomato sauce, water, taco seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, lime juice, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat; simmer until fragrant, about 10 minutes.
