Description

This recipe for strawberry delight pie combines glazed strawberries with a fluffy cream cheese filling in a graham cracker crust. No baking required.

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

• 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

• 1 (8 ounce) container reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed

• 1 (8 inch) graham cracker crust

• 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

• 1/2 cup strawberry glaze

Directions

1 Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and lemon juice together in a bowl with an electric mixer on low speed. Add whipped topping; beat until combined. Spoon into graham cracker crust.

2 Combine strawberries and glaze in a bowl until berries are coated. Arrange strawberries over cream cheese filling.

3 Refrigerate pie until chilled, at least 1 hour.
