Bobette's Baked Beans
Description
Don't expect any leftovers of this sensational baked bean casserole, a yummy medley of ketchup, pork, beans, and mustard covered with bacon.
Ingredients

1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed
•
1 (15 ounce) can baked beans with pork
•
1/4 cup ketchup
•
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
•
3 tablespoons brown sugar
•
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
•
4 strips bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square casserole dish.

Combine baked beans, ketchup, cooked bacon, brown sugar, and mustard powder in a bowl. Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Arrange bacon strips on top. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and continue baking until top is browned and crisp, 20 to 30 minutes.
