These flavorful pork chops are baked in the oven with a sweet and savory sauce of spicy mustard, maple syrup, garlic, chili powder, and red pepper.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
4 pork chops
3 tablespoons maple syrup
