1 cup crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

Combine cake mix, cereal, melted butter, and egg in a bowl.

Roll dough into 36 (1-inch) balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
