Nothing is more refreshing on a clear fall day than an apple highball cocktail made with premium whiskey.

• 1 cup ice, or as needed

• 1 part Jim Beam Apple Bourbon

• 4 parts premium soda water

• 1 lemon wedge

1 Fill a tall highball glass with ice. Add bourbon and soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
