Description

This smear made with pouch salmon, cream cheese, and horseradish is a simple, go-to spread that tastes great on bagels or crackers.

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

• 2 (2 1/2 ounce) packages Libby's Pink Salmon-Canned NF

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• 2 teaspoons finely minced onion

• 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

1 Combine cream cheese, salmon, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke in a bowl. Blend well.
