Description

These sheet pan pancakes are a breeze to make and will be ready for the whole family at the same time, and nobody has to stand over a hot stove!

Ingredients

• cooking spray

• 4 cups pancake mix (such as Bisquick®)

• 4 large eggs

• 2 cups whole milk

• 1 cup sliced strawberries

• 1 cup blueberries

Directions

1 Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Generously spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.

2 Mix pancake mix, milk, and eggs together in a large bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.

3 Pour into the prepared sheet pan. Top with strawberries and blueberries.

4 Bake in the preheated oven until the center of the pancake is springy to the touch and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
