Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
1 2/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups chopped cooked turkey

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2 Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
3 Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth and lightly golden, about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Stir until mixture comes to a gentle boil and thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 1 ⁄3 cups cheese until melted; remove from heat.
4 Mix broth mixture and turkey with spaghetti. Top with remaining 1/3 cup cheese.
5 Bake in the preheated oven until top is lightly browned, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
