Description

Limoncello (the Italian lemon liqueur), vanilla vodka, and pomegranate juice give this variation of a classic martini a smooth, delightful taste and pretty color.

Ingredients

• 1 fluid ounce vanilla flavored vodka

• 1/2 fluid ounce limoncello

• 1 1/2 fluid ounces pomegranate juice

• 1 dash fresh lime juice

• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

• ice cubes

Directions

1 Measure the vanilla vodka, limoncello, pomegranate juice and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add several ice cubes, seal the lid and shake until frosty. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
