This mocha whipped cream is a tasty coffee-flavored cream perfect for fillings and frostings. A delicious spin on vanilla whipped cream to enjoy.

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream

• 2 tablespoons white sugar

• 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder

• 1 tablespoon boiling water

1 Beat whipping cream and sugar together in a mixing bowl until stiff.

2 Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water. Cool. Add to whipped cream and beat in. Keep mocha cream refrigerated.
