Description

A quick and easy hot peach dessert. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

• 1 (15 ounce) can peach halves, drained

• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

• 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 Set an oven rack about 3 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.

2 Arrange peach halves, cut-sides up, in a shallow baking dish. Combine brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon in a small dish; sprinkle over peaches.

3 Cook in the preheated broiler until topping is browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
