Ingredients
•
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
•
1/3 cup vegetable oil
•
1/3 cup soy sauce
•
1 lime, juiced
•
1/2 lemon, juiced
•
1/4 cup sherry
•
2 tablespoons ground mustard
•
2 teaspoons honey
•
4 cloves garlic, crushed
•
1/3 cup brown sugar
•
2 tablespoons lemon pepper
•
1 teaspoon dried oregano
•
1 teaspoon rosemary
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Directions
1
Stir vinegar, oil, soy sauce, lime juice, lemon juice, sherry, mustard, and honey together in a large bowl. Add garlic, brown sugar, lemon pepper, oregano, rosemary, and salt. Place chicken in marinade. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
2
Preheat the grill for high heat.
3
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the grill (discard marinade). Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of breast should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
