Description

Use this peanut butter whipped cream as a topping for cake or enjoy just by itself.

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream

• 1 cup powdered sugar

• 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Combine cream, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl.

2 Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes.

3 Store in the refrigerator.
