White Chocolate-Covered Pretzels
Description
These white chocolate-covered pretzels are fun to make with the kids! Let them top some of the pretzels with chopped nuts or sprinkles if desired.
Ingredients

6 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate

1 (15 ounce) package mini twist pretzels
•
1/4 cup red and green candy sprinkles
Directions

Place white chocolate into the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until melted, about 5 minutes.

Dip pretzels into melted chocolate to completely cover half of each one. Roll in candy sprinkles, then place onto waxed paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to harden.
