This pork tenderloin features a crust of parsley, Parmesan, thyme, and bread crumbs. It bakes in just 20 minutes and is perfect for your next dinner party.

Ingredients

cooking spray
2 (12 ounce) pork tenderloins
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
2 Arrange pork tenderloins in the prepared baking dish.
3 Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl until well combined; set aside.
4 Stir together mustard and garlic in a small bowl until well combined, then spread over pork. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over mustard coating.
5 Bake pork in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Allow pork to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
