Description

Ingredients

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup canned diced jalapeno peppers
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

1 Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant and lightly brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
2 Combine peaches, ketchup, vinegar, jalapeños, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, liquid smoke, onion powder, mustard powder, and black pepper in a blender; add garlic and blend until smooth.
