Description

A peanut butter-based crust is topped with chocolate pudding and whipped topping in this easy, Charlie Brown pie everyone always loves.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups crushed graham crackers
• 1/3 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 3 1/2 cups cold milk
• 1 (5 9/10 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed

Directions

1 Place peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until smooth and creamy, 20 to 30 seconds. Stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter into peanut butter until evenly combined. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish and press to form a crust. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
2 Beat milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until thick and creamy; pour over crust. Top pie with whipped topping to serve.
