Description

Baked maple-glazed salmon doesn't get any easier than this recipe with hints of dill, soy sauce, and garlic that complement the sweet maple.

Ingredients

1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound salmon

1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2 Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, dill, garlic salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
3 Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator, turning once, about 30 minutes.
