Baked Mahi Mahi
Description
A soy-flavored mayonnaise adds tons of flavor to baked mahi mahi, keeps it moist while cooking, and helps prevent it from sticking to the pan.
Ingredients
•
1/2 cup mayonnaise
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce, or more to taste
•
1 large clove garlic, minced
•
6 (5 ounce) mahi mahi fillets
•
1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers, or more as needed
Directions
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2
Stir mayonnaise, soy sauce, and garlic together in a bowl.
3
Place mahi mahi in a baking dish. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over the fish, then turn to coat. Sprinkle saltines over top.
4
Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
