Description

What a fun dessert! A chocolate brownie crust is layered with creamy banana pudding, juicy fruit, and crunchy nuts in this banana split dessert pizza.

Ingredients

cooking spray
1 (18 2/5 ounce) package brownie mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 large eggs
1 (5 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
1 medium banana, thinly sliced
4 large strawberries, thinly sliced
12 maraschino cherries
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup drained pineapple tidbits
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat a 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray.
2 Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir 50 strokes with a spoon. Spread evenly on the prepared pan.
3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
4 Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and mix until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping, then spread pudding mixture over the cooled crust. Top evenly with remaining whipped topping.
5 Decorate with sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple tidbits. Drizzle chocolate sauce over top, then sprinkle with peanuts. If serving immediately, cut into 12 slices and top each with a cherry. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve.
