Easy Pizza Cupcakes

Kids and adults alike will love preparing and enjoying these pizza cupcakes--just top English muffins with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni and bake until bubbly.
Ingredients

3/4 cup pizza sauce
•
1 (12 ounce) package English muffins, split
•
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
•
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, or to taste

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread pizza sauce on cut slices of each muffin. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce. Top each with some pepperoni. Place on a cookie sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, 12 to 15 minutes.
