Seven Grain Bread II
Description
This whole-wheat bread recipe for the bread machines calls for a seven-grain cereal, creating just the right balance of textures and flavors.
Ingredients

1 1/3 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
•
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
•
3 tablespoons dry milk powder
•
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•
2 tablespoons honey
•
2 teaspoons salt
•
1 egg
•
1 cup whole wheat flour
•
2 1/2 cups bread flour
•
3/4 cup 7-grain cereal

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
