Description

This is an easy lemonade pie with great lemon flavor thanks to the addition of frozen lemonade concentrate to the ice cream filing.

• 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

• 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

• 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

• 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 Bake crust until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.

3 Mix ice cream, whipped topping, and lemonade together in a large bowl. Add to pie crust. Freeze until pie sets, about 20 minutes.
