Skip the baking and make this easy lemon icebox pie with frozen lemonade instead, perfect for hot summer parties!

• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

• 3 1/2 fluid ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, partially thawed

• 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed

• 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

• 1 tablespoon lemon zest, or to taste

1 Gather the ingredients.

2 Mix condensed milk and lemonade concentrate together in a bowl. Fold in whipped topping.

3 Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
