Jelly Bean Nests
Description
Chow mein noodle nests are made with just three ingredients: crunchy noodles, butter, and melted marshmallows. Fill them with jelly beans for Easter!
Ingredients

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1/4 cup butter
•
4 cups chow mein noodles
Directions

Butter a 12-cup muffin tin.

Combine marshmallows and butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until melted. Stir in chow mein noodles until completely coated.

Butter your fingers and press mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared muffin cups. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
