Description

Three ingredients are all you need for a sweet, sweet potato side dish with marshmallows for your Thanksgiving dinner.

• 1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) package marshmallows

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

2 Toss sweet potatoes with brown sugar in a bowl until coated; arrange in the prepared casserole dish. Top sweet potatoes with marshmallows.

3 Bake in the preheated oven until sweet potatoes are tender and marshmallows are browned, 35 minutes.
