Ed's London Broil Marinade

London broil marinade is quick and easy to put together using a 5-ingredient, soy-based mixture.
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped

1 cup soy sauce
•
1/2 cup browning sauce (such as Kitchen Bouquet®)
•
4 teaspoons seasoned salt (such as Spice Islands® Beau Monde Seasoning)
•
2 large cloves garlic
