Instant Pot Old Bay Corn on the Cob
Description
This Instant Pot corn on the cob recipe turns out crisp and naturally sweet. Adding Old Bay seasoning gives a low-country boil flavor with little effort.
Ingredients

1 cup water

2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), divided
•
4 ears corn, husks and silks removed

Combine 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot). Place a steamer rack trivet in the bottom of the Pot; arrange corn on top of trivet, overlapping or stacking if needed. Sprinkle corn with remaining 1 teaspoon seasoning.

Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 2 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.

Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Drain and serve.
