Thirty-Minute Baked Tuna Burgers

Kids will love these light baked tuna patties that don't skimp on savory flavor. Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite hamburger condiments.
Ingredients

2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
•
1 large egg
•
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
•
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
•
1/2 cup diced tomatoes, drained
•
1/4 cup minced onion

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Mix tuna, bread crumbs, egg, black pepper, and garlic salt together in a bowl; fold in diced tomatoes and onion. Form mixture into 4 patties; place onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until burgers are golden brown and crisp, about 10 minutes per side.
