Description

These oatmeal peanut butter bars with coconut, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, and raisins make a great after-school treat or pick-me-up.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
2 Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla together in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, raisins, and chocolate chips; press mixture into the prepared pan.
3 Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes; let cool on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
