Perfect Individual Peach Cobblers
Description
This perfect individual peach cobbler recipe bakes in ramekins for a quick and easy dessert using refrigerated crescent roll dough — top with ice cream.
Ingredients

8 cups diced fresh peaches

1/2 cup water
•
1/2 cup white sugar
•
1 pinch ground cinnamon
•
1 pinch ground nutmeg
•
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
•
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated reduced-fat crescent roll dough
•
1 tablespoon water, or as needed
•
1 teaspoon brown sugar, or to taste

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place 1 cup peaches into each (8) ramekins. Combine ½ cup water and white sugar in a small bowl; stir until sugar is dissolved. Divide sugar mixture among ramekins on top peaches; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot about ¾ teaspoon butter on each ramekin.

Unroll and separate crescent roll dough; arrange 1 piece dough over peaches in each ramekin to completely cover. Cut small ventilation slits in each dough piece; lightly brush with 1 tablespoon water and sprinkle each with about ⅛ teaspoon brown sugar. Arrange ramekins on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until cobblers are browned, 11 to 13 minutes. Cool cobblers before serving for 20 minutes.
