Ingredients

5 (1-inch thick) pork chops
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried minced shallots
1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

1 Place pork chops in the bottom of a slow cooker.
2 Whisk teriyaki sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, ginger, garlic, shallots, garlic pepper, and salt together in a bowl; pour over pork chops.
