Creamy Mango Sorbet
Description
A sweetened mixture of mango and cream is frozen to create a delicious and creamy dessert. You do not need an ice cream maker for this recipe.
Ingredients

2 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed

1 cup sugar
•
1 cup cream
•
1 cup ice
Directions

Place cubed mangos, sugar, cream, and ice into a blender; puree until smooth.

Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic freezer bag. Seal, and freeze for 45 minutes to an hour. Move the contents around in the bag every 15 minutes while freezing.
