Description

This cookie recipe is made quick and easy by using a chocolate cake mix and butterscotch chips.

Ingredients

• 1 (15 1/4 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups butterscotch chips

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Add butterscotch chips and mix well.
3 Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
4 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the center is just set. Let stand 2 minutes.
5 Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
