Description

Canned corn beef hash adds tons of extra flavor to this hearty breakfast quiche recipe with cooked ham, shredded Cheddar cheese, and a deep-dish crust.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup diced cooked ham
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (15 ounce) can corned beef hash
1 (9 inch) frozen deep-dish pie crust
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and ham; cook and stir until onion is soft and ham begins to brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
3 Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together in a large bowl.
4 Spread corned beef hash into pie crust, pressing firmly with the back of a spoon. Spread onion and ham mixture over top. Add egg mixture until filled; avoid overfilling. Top with Cheddar cheese. Place quiche on a baking sheet.
5 Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden brown and center is set, 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand before slicing, 10 minutes. Serve warm.
